Gentle Hatha with Chair (Level 1) | 5-Week Series

𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬.

The purpose of this Gentle Hatha Yoga class offered each Friday morning is to gently advance your personal yoga practice. Whether you are striving to evolve your yoga poses or just beginning to learn the poses, this series will boost your progress. The occasional use of the chair facilitates your safe, deep release into your personal, unique version of each pose. With the chair you will be able to release deeper than you ever have before and with better, safer form. Each class will begin with a warm-up, progress to explore a category of yoga poses, and then wind down to finish with a well-earned restful savasana pose.

If a series does not fill entirely, then the remaining spots can be filled by drop-in students. Call us to determine if there are any drop-in spots available in the week(s) you wish to attend.
